how to talk to parents

Hey guys so me and my boyfriend have been dating for almost a year and we are ready to have sex. We've already been caught sneaking out and doing sexual things so my parents know that I want to do it. But I need some tips on how to bring it up to my parents. Because I want to be on birth control when I do have sex and I want to do it somewhere romantic or at least not in the backseat of his car.
