Anyone with a confirmed pregnancy after a negative blood test?

Hi ladies! 
Has anyone here experienced a negative blood test but actually been pregnant?  
Currently I've had sore boobs for 12 days now and they are beginning to feel fuller.  I've also experienced cramping gassiness constipation. Hungry often and now backaches.  I testes a few days ago and both were negative but I've had no spotting recently to indicate my period is coming.

That kind of happened to me, but I think I just went in for the blood test too early. My boyfriend was home the week of thanksgiving, and I think I went in December 3rd. I had a HCG reading of >1, but I had probably just implanted that day. I took a home test on the 15th and got a no question positive, so then went in for 2 blood tests and confirmed pregnancy and growth. So, yes and no? I don't think the blood test would be wrong, unless it was too early.

That happened to me! The blood test said no, took home test and it said yes. A week later blood finally confirmed it
