working out while pregnant?
So before I knew I was pregnant, I signed up for training at my gym. A lot of weight lifting and HIIT training. I'm a bit overweight so I was trying to lose weight. But I just found out I'm pregnant. And this is my first pregnancy so needless to say I'm clueless and paranoid! Should I put the training on hold? Is it safe to workout while pregnant? I also am signed up to run a 5k on thanksgiving morning. Is this safe as well?
