Work or not to work?

Are you ready to go back to work? Comment  at how many weeks you are returning to work and your plans for babysitter/ daycare arrangements ???

U.K. I get 9 month paid off work. So not back till middle of June thankfully

I go back to work Saturday after being off for 6 weeks and I'm having a hard time with it. My husband will stay home with her and I'm jealous that he will get to see all her firsts while I'm stuck at work...

I'm returning back to work when i'm 7 weeks pp. I can't do full time just yet though. I want to be with her more lol so I'll be going part time (3 days) and putting her in Day care 2 days a week and having family watch her on saturdays

I love this time with my family. I'm not ready I'm that sense. But I know financially we can't make it with out me working! I go back on the 21st.making every day count! 
I work nights 430-11+. Two jobs. And only one day off a week.
I feel like I'm missing out on so much of my kids lives just because of work! :(

I will be going back at 10 weeks, on November 14th. My daughter will be 9 weeks old. It took a week for me to be induced. I work in a childcare center so she will be across the hall from me. Everyone says I'm so lucky she'll be so close but I think I'm going to have an extremely hard time not checking on her every two seconds. I'm hoping to change jobs within the next year anyways.......childcare is so so so much work for hardly any money. Love working with kiddos but it's just not worth the money. I wish I could stay home for the whole year with her. I think it's cruel to send a mother back to work so early. Especially since she had a 10 day NICU stay and I had gallbladder surgery two weeks after csection.

I had a c-section, I went on leave at 34weeks pregnant. I was supposed to return Oct8. I have birth the September 25. No way I'm going back so early. My doctor told me to wait till I'm 5weeks. Some people return to work right after delivery. I'm in the US. So that means unpaid short maternity leave.

I went back at 4 weeks pp. I work remotely a majority of the time anyway. At 3 months pp I will go back to being in the office 2 days a week and working remotely 3 days. :)

Not ready to go back yet but I'm taking 12 weeks off; I'll be going back when my LO is 10 weeks old (he's currently 3 weeks+3 days old).
