Only When I Settle Down I Can Feel Them. Its Right Under Both Sides Of My Ovaries And Feeling Bloated.

I Had Brown Spotting 2 Days Ago And Felt Easily Sick I Couldn't Finish My Breakfast. I Had My "Period" 5 Days Ago And NEVER Spot 5 Days Later Or Cramp I Read You Can Have Twins And Miscarry One Hence The Heavy Bleeding But Still Be Pregnant With The Other One. My Appetite Is Shot Too
