FTM 19w need advice?

So I am 19 weeks pregnant. There has been a nasty respiratory bug going around at the preschool I work at. Well last night and today ive experienced extreme pressure through out my entire belly. Boobs down. And its making it difficult to breath and I'm getting light headed. My guppy has been on my bladder since the get go and ive always had lower pressure but this is pretty extreme. Not sure if its something to be worried about or not.
