Help Please

I've recently noticed my best friend has headlice! I want to tell her, and help her get rid of them, because I don't think she knows! I don't know how to go about it? She is one of my best friends, and very important to me. I'm just not sure how I'm going to bring it up without making her feel bad... Anyone, please help me think of something to say, just to bring it up, and then if she lets me I will treat her hair for her.
