Sore boobs stopped

I was having very sore swollen boobs. Just woke up out of a dead sleep and they are no longer sore or swollen. Im around 5 weeks. Same thing happened to me last month and i had a chemical pregnancy. Could it be happening again or can it be normal? Im freaking out. If i have 2 chemical pregnancies is there something wrong with me ? :/
