allergic to everything??

So I'm not sure what's up with my body. I wake up with a runny nose and itchy watery eyes. And no, I know that I am not sick either. I get skin rashes and sometimes my lips will swell up , and I'm 20 years old but I still have problems with acne. I feel like something is irritating my body? I do have pets but I've had pets since I was born and I've never had trouble with it until the past few months. It doesn't feel like a seasonal thing because it's now starting to get cold and I usually only have allergies around the spring time. I've tried Benadryl and Claritin but neither have worked. Should I go to the doctor? I'm worried they will put me on steroids or something 😳
