could I be pregnant?

I'm 29 with 3 kids and have my tubes tied. My husband and I are done having babies. But I'm 3 days late and am scared I'm pregnant, have any of you gotten pregnant after having your tubes tied? Mine were tied, cut and burned, but I heal super quick. Mind you I had 2 csections and never took pain meds and was walking and wearing jeans after 8 hours and I have almost no scar.
