TMI..My heart is absolutely smashed.. TMI

Went in for my 10 week ultrasound today. There was a baby but no heartbeat. I am absolutely crushed. I feel like it is all my fault. Now I'm taking medication to misscarry my baby. This is the most difficult thing I have ever done. I'm in so much pain and bleeding so heavy. I can't stop crying
