Breastfeeding issues

So my little girl is on half formula and half breastmilk. I have never been able to get her "milk drunk" from the breast. She falls asleep at the breast, but wakes up the second I touch her to mover her into her bed. She gulps for about 5 minutes and then starts the little suckling with a gulp every minute or so. I tickle her, poke her and try everything to keep her "on task" but I'm just not sure if I'm producing enough or if she is just lazy... I am not sure what to do with her. When I pump, I only get maybe an ounce from each breast. She is 6 weeks and the doc wants her to be getting at least 2 ounces from me. How can I be assured she is getting enough? I feed her from the breast first then formula as a top up.
