Pleas respond: I am super nervous😫

So I am currently 8 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Had scan last week with strong heartbeat, but measured smaller then it was first estimated. Feeling extremely scared and nervous because yesterday and this morning I haven't really felt any cramping or nausea. He nausea has been horrible for me, so I'm very scared about this. I'm nervous I may be havjng a miscarriage but no bleeding as of now. Has anyone gone through this? Please help😕
