Okay so me and my boyfriend broke up a while ago but got back together and now I'm just getting so upset all the time because he keeps doing things that he knows will hurt me. He said that if I continue to be upset he's going to break up with me and I honestly have no idea what to do because I can't help feeling upset. Any advice?
