HELP!

I was treated for endometriosis and was told it would be hard to conceive been that way since I was 13 . I have a period just about everyday all  year with maybe one or two days off ....... BUT me and my fiancé have been having sex and I took a test but it was negative but now I'm having more headaches I'm a lot more tired I'm moody I crave chocolate and my period has been off now for almost a week😩 what to do?!???
