I don't have a big birth plan, only a couple things.

I do not want an epidural, as I have a couple bulging disks where they would insert it and I'm not going to agitate those disks. It took years for the pain to subside.

I want to try and breastfeed on my own first. With just me and my husband in the room. If I have questions or am having trouble, I'll ask for help.

We don't want family in the room for at least a good couple hours after he's born. I want to feed him, and be there just the 3 of us for a while. Also shower up and whatnot lol(considering I'm able to go vaginally).

That's it lol so where do I write that and who do I give it to. I have no idea what to do with these requests.
