Could this be a positive pregnancy test???

I'm 10dpo and my temps have been consistently high post ovulation, and they have usually dipped by now. We bd lots and are very hopeful. Could this be a positive test (using first response early result pregnancy test). I'm now worried as I read about others having ghost lines and I really want this to be a BFP!! Xx
