I have PCOS

I'm here at the doctors office had a transvaginal ultrasound and they told me I have pcos well I'm gonna start on some medicine there gonna give me had a feeling so I wasn't shock.. I'm feeling sad yet calm and positive all at the same time.. my lord knows what he's doing he won't let me go thru anything I can't handle I now know why I could t get pregnant. Im going to start working out eating healthy my mind and focus on my Jesus Christ because and taking my pills y'all keep me in yalls prayers ladies who were diagnosed with pcos any advice on things I should eat? Or what help you?
