2 1/2 day period?

So as the title says, my period lasted 2 1/2 days. I normally have a 5-7 day period. I am cramping on both sides on and off. My nose is runny, im nauseated and i just feel tired and bleh! I highly doubt i could be pregnant, my husband has 0 sperm (he has cancer and chemo has destroyed his counts :/) now we've used donor sperm...but never had any luck with that. Since im cramping im kinda nervous if its something serious or if the donor sperm worked this month. I was told i probably couldn't have anymore babies bc of my leep procedure i had done. Ive had 2 miscarriages since then. Idk what im really asking. Maybe i just want some friendly advice lol.
