Modern pants with elastic waist

Hi Ladies!!! Congrats to everyone embarking on this journey!  My question is, is anyone aware of or have nice modern work pants/straight leg trousers with an elastic waist? If so, where did you get them?  My bloat and just lower stomach getting a littlebigger is making my work pants uncomfortable (lol see i didnt realize my zipper was down) but obvi Im not ready for full out maternity pants.
