Boyfriend will leave me if i cant have kids.

Me and my boyfriend have been trying to have kids for over 2 years, with no luck. Today he asked if I would leave him if we found out he was the problem of course I said no..so I asked him the same question, multiple times. And I got ignored Everytime. What do I do.
