Do you guys still get cramps?

I have the Mirena and I still get cramps with my "period". There's very little blood and it's just slight cramping! Nothing painful or excruciating. The bleeding isn't as heavy as it used to be before I got my IUD. So I know I have nothing to be concerned about but I was just curious! Almost had my Mirena for a year!
