Did you have discharge/bleeding 3 months PP?

Question

Three months PP after a difficult c section for my twins. Still having intermittent bleeding/discharge so I can't have my Pap smear yet. Sometimes the discharge has an iron odor. Has anyone else been through this at 3mos PP?

My period started 2m pp. I felt like I was bleeding non stop for the first three months.
