Itchy lump under armpit?

So i have an itchy small lump under my right armpit. I don't shave, so it's not an ingrown hair, and it's a little larger than an ingrown hair would be. It is also tender and hurts a little to touch. It's been itchy for about a month now. Any advice or insight?

Not saying it is that because you can get lumps from anything, but just be cautious if it hasn't gone away in a month.

I'd try putting tea tree oil on it and see if it clears up. If that doesn't work, I'd see a dr
