Cystic acne before period??

Like clockwork, I always get large cysts on my cheeks/jawline starting from 10 days before my period up until when my period actually comes. They are painful, and untreatable with any acne meds. I always have acne, but it's never THAT bad (just some whiteheads) but now I always get PMS cysts and it's so embarrassing. I got tested for PCOS and still waiting for the results. Does anyone else get this?
