Harper Lee?

My husband and I love the name Harper. The issue we are having is that we want to giver her my mothers middle name (who passed last summer). My moms middle name was Lee. I think it it is fine to name her Harper Lee even though that is a famous author because most of the time people only use middle initials. My husband is afraid it's a name she will have to explain to people all of the time. What do you think?
