my husband had a talk with my in laws

Angela
My mom and my in laws are the only ones who know about our struggle with infertility. My mother is usually pretty good with knowing our sensitivity of the baby topic but, his parents don't think in the moment about it when they say things like "oh, look at that baby over there", "that lady is pregnant", "we want one now"...when I don't notice a pregnant women or a baby in the room I would rather it not be pointed out to me. It stirs up so many emotions...
My husband talked to his parents tonight about being more sensitive around us about the whole situation..
Do you think we are being overly sensitive or selfish for feeling this way?
It's just a reminder of what we can't have and what we can't give them and it hurts.
