RELATIONSHIP CONFUSED

Okay so I have a friend, let's just call him apple. So I've know apple for 4 years now and we've been pretty good friends. Apple is so freaking cute like I just am appalled. So I started developing feeling last for him over the last few years and this is what happens. So I tell apple how I feel and pour my heart out and this bitch say "I mean it is what it is" I was left confused. I didn't know if he meant he didn't know how he felt or he just wasn't interested. So I stopped talking to him for a while and we started talking again mid summer probably around August and he usually will talk all day and end with a "gn" for goodnight. This day was different, this mans sends me a "goodnight 😌❤️" and this may seem unusual but he isn't really open with feelings or anything. I was confused and surprised and excited at the same time. I don't know what to think. I want the feelings to go away but today he came over my house and we balled and I crossed him up a bit. But no 😳 the feelings are still there and I just need advice and opinions. HELP ME!
