am I going crazy?

About a week ago I received an email from Kik saying I had unseen messages. I barely use Kik bc I don't talk to anyone on there anymore. I then installed Kik on my phone, logged in and saw a message from a random girl I've never seen in my life saying how good me and my husband look together on the profile pic. I thanked her and didn't even bother asking who she was or where she found my username cause I was at work and didn't really cared, after that I deleted the app because I never use it. My husband has Kik as well but he haven't used it in about a year. Last time he used it was on my iPad, and he left it logged on there. We completely forgot about it. Tonight while he was asleep I received another email from Kik saying I had unseen messages. As I was on my iPad I went on the app so I could log in my account and I saw it was on my husband's account. There was a message there from the same girl about 2 weeks ago saying "hehe, hi cutie" as well as other girls messages which I think were Spam so I didn't worry about it. I logged out his account and went on mine and found another 2 new messages from the same girl asking how long me and him have been together, from this past Monday. I asked her where she found my username but haven't gotten an answer yet. He's asleep and I don't want to wake him for a silly reason but this is making me so uncomfortable to the point where I can't fall asleep. What should I do? What would you do? I never have trust issues with my husband and I never go through his stuff in fact tonight going on his Kik account was an accident as his account was logged on my iPad for a long time and I forgot about it. I am worried now.
