Baby has dropped?

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? Someone told me the baby has dropped.. I'm only 24 weeks almost 25.

It really doesn't mean anything in terms of labor. Baby has plenty of time to go up and down and up and down again.

I means that baby has lowered themselves into your pelvis; becoming engaged with your pelvic bones. Someone told me I look like I have, but really Bub just went from going across my belly to feet up top and head down the bottom.

It means like they've dropped into their birthing position. 24-25 weeks seems a little early for that to have happened. Keep your eye out for any signs of preterm labor. But stay positive you probably haven't dropped yet.
