Mucus plug question. Kind of TMI (no picture) 😊

Hi ladies. I am a first time mum and have forever been waiting to lose my mucus plug / have this "show" I keep reading about. Well today as I'm sure (or hope it isn't just me) after going for a pee I wipe and check for any signs. Today there was what looked like a bit of my plug but this time it had the faintest pinky tinge with specks of blood. Could this be the start of me getting ready to lose it fully? Trying to be prepared, 39+5 today! Thank you 😊
