when I wipe its a reddish brown color😳

So ladies today I'm 39 weeks & 5 days and I've been having bad pelvic pains all night and this morning when I went to use the bathroom and wiped I noticed this red pinkish brown color I'm a little worried but could it mean my water is going to break soon ? Please comment back asap!
