Pre-Seed Help!?!

I got yet another BFN this month and I am wanting to try pre seed but I know NOTHING about it! My hubby and I have been TTC for one year now and I getting really depressed every month when I get my bfn 😭 so what's the best pre-seed?!?

Following! I feel the same way! We got a little sample in my OPK box but I have no idea how or when to use it lol I'm on cd14 today so was thinking of using it on my peak day? But not sure if that's how it's suppose to work! All it says on the package is use it as lubricant and use the whole pack.

It makes the vaginal cavity more welcoming for sperm. It's thins out the vaginal liquid allowing the sperm to travel to its intended destination better instead of being in a semi hostile environment. Think of a sperm friendly Astroglide or KY Jelly and that's what it is.

You can buy it on Amazon or in drug stores.  You can either put it inside you before BDing with the applicator it comes with, or use it like a normal lube
