Help with nail polish?

Does anyone ever paint their nails and the polish goes on kinda thick, then only the top layer of the polish dries, and its still all goopy underneath so you end up with dents and stuff and it won't dry properly.  I've tried doing thinner coats. Does anyone know any othere way to prevent this or fix it when it happens? Comment if you know what helps

Sounds weird but you could mix the nail polish with a very little amount of nail polish remover to make it thinner. VERY LITTLE. Lol

I apply thin layers & wait 10-15 minutes between coats.

You could try running the first coat under cold water when you're done for it to dry faster and then move on to the next. Cold water helps the nail polish dry faster!
