am I pregnant?!

Came off the patch over a month ago, and have definitely had unprotected sex since then. While on the patch, my period came like clockwork, but my period was due over a week ago, and still hasn't come. I took a test on Friday, but I'm wondering if I should take another? Because my period has no sign in sight...
