I'm so nervous!!!!

So I just stopped my birth control a month ago. I had a normal 7 day period. And stopped it completely. I did bd about 4 times during my peak, at about 5-6 dpo I started getting a lot of dull cramps. About two hours of a pretty crucial left sided pain I was getting. The folllowing days just dull cramps. Anyways, I'm about 10-11 dpo now, my boobs are super sore. I'm having crazy dreams to the point where I wake up and I am sweating, shaking still thinking I'm dreaming. I'm so exhausted all the time. Getting  dizzy (granted I'm always kinda lightheaded for unknown reasons) and I just overall feel kind of strange but I'm having a ton of creamy  which isn't very normal for me. I don't want to test yet but I am feeling so nervous. What do you guys think??! Do you think I really could get pregnant so fast?
