Depression?

I've never had it so idk if that's what I'm going through but here lately I've felt like my 10month old hates me an I feel alone. Seems like my husband is always at work an even when he's home all he does is sleep BC he works 3rds an I don't live near family an I don't really talk to them BC they are drama with my in-laws. I have no mommy friends an everyone keeps telling me its my hormones BC I'm 29weeks pregnant but I just feel like that's not the case I feel something different but I'm not sure what it is....
