I give my daughter Almond milk now. She loves it! Cows milk is not for human consumption so we don't and never will give it to her.

That really depends on the age of the kid. With my first two, we had to stop nursing for various reasons and did formula. With my third, we nursed to a year and then did cows milk. If your kid is younger than a year, you should be using the appropriate formula/breasmilk, or working with your kids pediatrician

My kids didn't like milk. So when they stopped breastfeeding at 17 months they just drank water.
