am I over thinking

I'm so excited and nervous, I had two pregnancies in the past that resulted in a ectopic and miscarriage! I'm pray for a healthy pregnancy I just want to meet my angel baby in the next 7 months. Any discomfort or feeling scares me every time I go to the bathroom I pray that I don't whip and see blood. I can't wait for my ultrasound on Monday to see where my pregnancy is. But I'm also nervous that I don't want to receive any bad news , I take my time and really don't do to much of moving .
