This is random lol but I was just thinking...is it weird to call your boyfriend daddy? I'm asking in general and not just in bed.

Considering you are wired to find a man that has similar qualities to your father, it's an uplifting thing to a guy. They feel the need to protect you and care for you almost as a father would which is why your father will hand you off to him on your wedding day. I personally have daddy issues so I find it comforting and even sexy to refer to my guy as "papi" (same thing, I'm just Puerto Rican)

I only call my man daddy, when I try to get his attention cuz our baby does something cute. I don't see why people call their partner daddy during sex, it's gross.

It would be really weird for me considering I have called my father "daddy" for as long as I can remember. There's so many things I could call my boyfriend and daddy isn't one of them since I already have a daddy lol

I don't call him daddy but it's a personal thing. He's Spanish and I'm not so I call him papi all the time though. To me it's endearing just like calling your SO baby or sweetheart.
