Wat are the signs and can a 1 week old go thru a growth spurt?

Oh I just got some info on this today! I know there one at 1 weeks, another at 3 and another at 6. And signs of them growing is being more grumpy and fidgety than normal and also wanting to eat way more often. When it happens some moms feel like they aren't producing enough and their babies are going hungry but it's actually not the case, they just want more because they are growing and want food constantly!

My son is 3 weeks and he's going through a growth spurt. It can be very frustrating because they want to eat all the time and it makes you question if you're producing enough.
