Prenatal vitamin- diarrhea??

we are TTC so I hv started taking my pre natals as my doctor advised and said there is no harm in starting it early. I was fine the first month but now I feel like my prenatal vitamin is causing me to poop more often (3-4 times a day) which isn't normal for
me and it's like diarrhea. Has anyone ever faced this issue??? i am taking the 1a day pn w dha- all in one pill

I take cvs brand gummy prenatals! They were the only ones I could stomach my first pregnancy, and I will take them this one too!
It's weird they are giving you diarrhea, usually they cause constipation because of the iron! But I would suggest try a couple different brands to find the ones you like!

The all in ones made me sick to my stomach so I switched to nature made. Those gave me bad heart burn so I switched to natures way. They seem to be much better and any others I have taken.

Prenatal were too strong for me to take a whole pill at once. Had the same problem and ways felt sick to my stomach so I started taking half in the morning and other half in th evening and I cleared right up

I have the opposite problem... lol. They constipate me bad 😷
