37 weeks & 3cm Dilated 😬 50% effaced
I'm due November 3rd . 37 weeks today . I had a DR appt today . she said I'm 3cm Dilated and 50% effaced . last week at my 36 week appt I was 1 1/2 cm & 30% . I'm so anxious for her to come. Even with all this progress I haven't had any Braxton hicks or contractions yet . Just cramps . Trying to find a way to kick start 🤔 .
