symptoms that make you feel relieved

I just puked! Doctors told me on Tuesday that the baby's heart rate is low at 103 and to prepare for miscarriage after finding out there was also a vanishing twin, but I just puked! Amazing how a symptom can make you feel hopeful. My sore breasts haven't quit and my appetite really picked back up today. God please let this baby be healthy. Does anyone else get excited for pregnancy symptoms?
