So I was asked this question by a 16 year old who even said she was being stupid and giving into peer pressure. She was telling me that her friend and her met a guy who said he was 18. Her friend kept telling her that she should sleep with the guy and the guy was putting his hands on her. She gave in and slept with the asshole, without realizing how real age which was 30. Her friend knew his real age and don't tell her till after what had happen. So she had this asked me if that is considered raped. My thing is I don't even know so I'm asking is it considered rape?
