Can't get pregnant!! :(

Hey everybody!! I need some advice! I had the Nexplanon implant for about a year and a half and my fiancé and I wanted to try and start a family. Well I got it removed and have been TTC ever since I got it taken out which was about 1 1/2 months to almost 2 months now. I haven't gotten a period since I first got it taken out and I keep taking pregnancy tests and they have all came out negative. What do I do!? We really want to start a family but it seems like we can't.
