Hiking while pregnant?

I want to go to hocking hills this weekend (Ohio) I'm 24w. We've been hiking two other times and by the end we're feeling the burn 😂
Has anyone else been hiking while pregnant? I'm just afraid or falling or over working myself because I'm kinda a chunk 😂

I did hiking last week and it's my 19 wk. But Alhamdulillah I m feeling fine. Will go to doctor and have a checkup soon.

Just take breaks when you feel you need to and definitely keep hydrated. :-)

Just take lots of breaks if your body says you need to, and take tons of cold water. You'll be fine

I always use to hike while pregnant. I wish I had the time prior to all this pelvic griddle pain this time around....

I was 35 weeks when I went on a hike to take my maternity pics.

I hiked 5 miles up a mountain at 24 weeks, and I'm a little heavy. It was wonderful! My friends carried some of my stuff which made it possible, and it was worth it!

Take plenty of water, snack food (protein bars), and perhaps one or even two hiking sticks.  I hike when I have a chance, just know when you need to rest and when to turn around.

I am only 20 weeks so can not compare to 24 yet, but we hike during the weekends whenever we get the chance.

I went hiking a lot this summer when I was about 18-23 weeks pregnant :) I got tired a little easier, but it was still a lot of fun! Just take it easy :)
