Have I dropped?

So today I had some random woman who I have never met mind you come up to me and say "oh wow baby very soon you have dropped". I am 35weeks and am super worried to hear that because I want baby to stay in for atleast another 2 weeks. But then again it could explain all of the cervix pain I have been getting (it is horrible and I can hardly move). What do you guys think? I can't tell if I have or not. Last appointment was a week ago and my midwife did say she is further down then the last appointment before that. Super nervous!!
