toe infections?

Excuse the ratchetness please & thank you. There's blood & puss coming out & it's a bit swollen. Both my big toes are like this. It's clean in the photo, I just got out the shower. I have no idea why this is happening. I put Neosporin on it because idk what else to do. Do any of you know what to do or what this is?

Could be starting to become ingrown. It can happen from bad hygiene but usually it's because people wear shoes that are too tight. 
Soak your feet in Epsom salt and hot water, and then make an appointment with a pediatrist. He will decide of he wants to remove it or not. If he uses local anesthetic it won't hurt a bit!

I got 5 in a year once. I get pedicures and wear loose shoes but they run on my dad's side so..my go me -_-

I was a clinical assistant with a podiatrist and that is a class ingrown. DO NOT... I repeat DO NOT  try to get in there and clip it yourself. If you don't already have an infection in there you will end up giving yourself one. I have seen SOOOOO many people try to do that. Make an appointment with a podiatrist. In the meantime, epsolm salt in warm water and a 10 minute soak a couple of times a day should bring down the pain and help to draw out pus (if you have an infection) that should hold you over until you see the podiatrist.
