Ok, so af showed, I guess but it's just spotting right now. But my question is, what do I count as my 1st day of period? Is it when the spotting starts? Or, when I start my regular flow? I'm confuse bc month after month it seems my cycles are getting crazier and I'm losing track on which days should I count as day one. Thanks for your help.
